Withdrawal of Manuscripts / Article Manuscripts
The author is not allowed to withdraw the submitted manuscript, because in the submission process there is an agreement that this article is not in/is in the review process/has been published in another journal, besides that it can also waste valuable editor and/or reviewer time. Editors and reviewers have spent a great deal of time processing submitted manuscripts, the costs and work invested by the publisher.
If the author still requests the withdrawal of his manuscript while the manuscript is still in the peer-review process, the author will be fined by paying IDR 1,000,000 per manuscript, as a withdrawal penalty to the publisher. However, it is unethical to withdraw a submitted manuscript from one journal if it is accepted by another. Withdrawal of the manuscript after the manuscript is accepted for publication, the author will be subject to a fine by paying Rp. 1,500,000, - per manuscript. Withdrawal of manuscripts is only allowed after the withdrawal penalty has been fully paid to the Publisher.
If the author does not agree to pay the fine, the author and his affiliates will be blacklisted for publication in this journal.
