The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach which is carried out using external secondary data as research material. This research was conducted on banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by taking annual financial statements for 2019-2021. The data source of this research is secondary data in the form of banking financial statements. The sample used in this study was 16 banks listed on the IDX within three years from 2019-2021. The data analysis technique used in this study is the GeSCA (Generalized Structured Component Analysis) method. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of Credit Risk on Profitability in Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) is a program that aims to reduce the expenditure burden of KPM (Beneficiary Families) through fulfilling food needs, providing more balanced nutrition to KPM (Beneficiary Families), increasing target accuracy and timing of receiving food assistance for KPM (Beneficiary Families), giving more choices and control to KPM (Beneficiary Families) in meeting food needs and encouraging the achievement of sustainable development goals (Sustainable Development Goals/SDGs). The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the Implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) from a Communication Aspect in Suput Village, Haruai District, Tabalong Regency. This research uses a type of qualitative descriptive approach, the data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is the Miles and Hubberman model. The village government is the village head, and the village apparatus is an element of village government organizers. The village head must enforce the work discipline of village officials. In this study, problems were found related to the lack of discipline of village officials regarding working hours. This study aimed to determine the Role of Leadership in Enforcing the Work Discipline of Village Officials (Case Study in Tewah Pupuh Village, Benua Lima District) East Barito Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Using Hasibuan's theory (2017: 194) about eight indicators that affect work discipline: 1). Goals and abilities, 2). Exemplary leaders, 3). Retribution, 4). Justice, 5). supervision attached, 6). One of the considerations in making purchasing decisions is an attractive store atmosphere. Store atmosphere can affect the feelings or mood of consumers who visit the store so that it influences and enhances purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of: 1) To determine and analyze the effect of store atmosphere on product purchasing decisions at Borneo Tanjung Minimarket; 2) To determine the magnitude of the influence of store atmosphere on product purchasing decisions at Borneo Tanjung Minimarket. This research uses quantitative methods. The average number of population is 417 people in 1 day, which is used as a sample in this study as many as 80 respondents. The sample technique used in this study is the Accidental Sampling technique. The questionnaire is the main instrument for collecting data. The data analysis technique uses a simple linear regression analysis test using SPSS Version 26 software. While work effectiveness is the success of an employee who is able to carry out and complete the tasks assigned by an organization or group in a timely manner, so that the agreed goals are achieved within a company or organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload on the effectiveness of employee performance at PT. Wanda Jaya Property (Linda Regency) in Mabuun, Tabalong Regency, South Kalimantan. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 80 people. Because the author uses a saturated sample, the sample is taken from the entire population. The analysis tool uses the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis, bagaimanakah Kualitas Pelayanan Masyarakat di Puskesmas Tanjung&nbsp; Kabupaten Tabalong (Studi Kasus Pada Program KIS Di Desa Pamarangan). Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian deskriptif&nbsp; kualitatif. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu kualitas pelayanan masyarakat bagi pasien pengguna kartu KIS dilihat dari aspek Assurance (jaminan/kepastian). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dilakukan dengan cara Observasi, Kuesioner/angket, Dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini untuk keperluan analisis data, penulis tidak menggunakan teknik analisis data tidak terikat kepada skor dan skala. Tetapi hanya menggunakan teknik analisa statistik sederhana dengan menggunakan persentase dan kemudian data yang diperoleh dari responden di analisa atau deskriptif kualitatif. In carrying out their duties, Satpol PP often has to face various obstacles when they have to deal with people who have particular interests, such as having to maintain their profession as vagrants or beggars, cadgers, and so on to fight for their lives, which ultimately leads to conflicts (clashes). The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the role of the Civil Service Police Unit in controlling cadger. The data collection technique in this study used interview techniques consisting of 15 informants. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis. The data collection method in this study was the observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis method uses an interactive analysis model by Miles and Huberman. The study results indicate that (1) Satpol PP has succeeded in controlling cadger without clashes through preventive, prosecution, and repressive measures. In this study there were several problems related to employee work discipline, namely there were still employees who did not comply with the hours of entry and hours of return from work, this could be seen from employees who were often late to the office and employees who left before the time to go home from work. The purpose of this study was to find out how the role of the village head as a leader in enforcing employee work discipline at the Tuhuran Village Office, Haur Gading District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The source of the data in this study was to take informants from 5 employees of the Tuhuran Village Office. The village head is one of the crucial factors in running the government, which is tasked with regulating employees and improving the performance of their employees; a village head must be able to mingle with his employees, and the goal is to be able to read the characteristics of each employee and understand how to treat his employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the role of the village head from the aspect of role models in improving employee performance at the Wirang Village Office, Haruai District, Tabalong Regency. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative research method, with data collection methods using: interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses an interactive model developed by Miles &amp; Huberman (Sugiyono, 2013): data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Informants in this study amounted to 8 people, namely Village Office Apparatus &amp; 1 Head of RT. The work environment is divided into 2, namely the physical work environment and non-physical work environment. The physical work environment is all physical conditions that exist around the workplace that can affect employees either directly or indirectly. While the Non-Physical Work Environment is all conditions that occur related to work relations, both relations with superiors and relationships among co-workers, or relationships with subordinates. Good working conditions are expected to provide stimulation for employees, so as to encourage employees to be more productive and able to increase work effectiveness.</em></p> <p><em>This study aims to (1) determine the influence of the non-physical work environment on the effectiveness of employees at PT. This study used a population of 68 respondents. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, so that the sample in this study was 68 respondents. The results of this study indicate that 1) There is an influence of the non-physical work environment on the work effectiveness of employees at PT. Tabalong Drinking Water Shines (Perseroda) Tabalong Regency. 2) The magnitude of the influence of the Non-Physical Work Environment on the Work Effectiveness of employees at PT. Therefore, the researcher uses a quantitative approach to process data and facts to fulfil research objectives. The research approach is a design procedure and plan that begins step by step with hypotheses that continue in data collection, analysis and conclusions to create a detailed picture of the events studied—narrative descriptive or numerical measurement. The population and sample in this study were visitors and the public who managed permits at the One Stop Integrated Licensing and Investment Service (DPMPTSP) Tabalong Regency, with as many as 69 people. The data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires and documentation—the analytical method used using the Sobel test method, according to Preacher and Hayes, 2004. This reward is expected to motivate and increase the level of job satisfaction of each employee. The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the effect of rewards on employee job satisfaction at CV. Agung Putra Jaya Mandir, Tabalong Regency and 2) To find out how much influence the reward has on employee job satisfaction at CV. Agung Putra Jaya Mandiri, Tabalong Regency. This research is included in quantitative research, the sampling technique used in this research is using a saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 42 respondents assisted by the GSCA analysis tool. The method used in this research is a descriptive approach with quantitative techniques. The data analysis used is tabulation analysis using the frequency formula put forward by Muhammad Ali (1998:184). The questionnaires were distributed to 40 families from RT 03 to RT 07 so that each RT had 8 families who received questionnaires for discussion. Data analysis using the Gesca Offline program uses a significance level of 5%, so if it does not meet the significance level, the hypothesis is rejected. The method used in this research is a qualitative research approach with descriptive research type. The technique used in conducting research or data collection is by using a questionnaire, observation and documentation. In this study, for the purposes of data analysis, the authors did not use statistical analysis techniques in the sense that they were not related to scores and scales. Instead, they only used simple statistical analysis techniques with percentages (%) and then the data obtained from the respondents were analyzed or processed to become descriptive qualitative. Turnover of working capital shows the effectiveness of the use of working capital in generating sales which shows the company's ability to generate profits in relation to sales. In other words, it can be interpreted that if the turnover of the company's working capital is high, it is certain that the sales generated will also be high, which will have the potential to increase the profits earned by the company. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an effect of working capital turnover on net income. That 7.8% variation in net profit variable is influenced by variations in working capital turnover variable. Yazid Brothers Farm for the 2019-2021 period. The data analysis technique in this study is quantitative research, applying a quantitative approach, namely by applying financial reports to assess financial performance by using the calculation of financial ratios, namely liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios and activity ratios. The results of this study indicate that the industry standard for the liquidity ratio (current ratio) is 263.73% which is above 200% of the industry average so that it is categorized as healthy. Meanwhile (quick ratio) of 23.84% which is below 150% of the industry average so that it is categorized as unhealthy. In the solvency ratio (debt to equity ratio of 19.24% which is below 90% of the industry average and debt to asset ratio of 15.91% which is below 35% of the industry average) so that it is categorized as unhealthy . In the profitability ratio (net profit margin of 3.29% which is below 20% of the industry average, return on assets is 2.35% which is below 30% of the industry average and Return on equity is 2, 84% which is below 40% of the industry average) so it is categorized as unhealthy. The activity ratio (total asset turnover) is 2.87 times which is above 2 times the industry average so it is categorized as healthy. Working capital in every company must be in a state of rotation, this is what is commonly referred to as working capital turnover. Working capital turnover can show the relationship between sales and working capital. Working capital is one of the factors that can affect profitability. The aims of the research are 1) to find out whether there is an effect of working capital turnover on profitability, 2) to find out how much influence working capital turnover has on profitability in property and real estate companies in LQ45 for the 2014-2021 period. This type of research approach is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique uses documentation techniques. With a population of all property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) until 2021, namely 35 companies. The number of samples is four companies from 2014 to 2021. The location of this study is the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) using simple linear regression analysis as data analysis using SPSS software version 25. The purpose of this study was to determine the description and impact of the policy of limiting operating hours: 1) To find out the description of the Policy on Restricting Operational Hours in Lumbang village, Muara Uya sub-district; 2) Know what impacts are felt by small traders as a result of the policy; observation, interviews, and documentation are processes in data collection and secondary data obtained from previous research, and on the internet media, data analysis using the verbatim method of all observations and interviews when the research was conducted, the subjects of this study were street vendors totaling five people. The approach used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The research sample is a manufacturing company in the various industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which has distributed financial reports for the 2019-2020 period that meet the criteria, namely 33 companies per year, so for a total sample of 66 observations. In this study, the technique used is a quantitative approach in which the information or data contained in this study is presented in the form of numbers. Based on the research results, it was found that there was an effect of the profitability ratio on financial distress in manufacturing companies (various industrial sectors) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2020 as seen from the results of one-sided testing using a significance level of α = 5% (0, 05) so that the results show significant. And t count = 5.572 &gt; t table = 2.040. The aims of this study were: 1) To determine the effect of workload on job satisfaction of CV Yazid Bersaudara employees, Tanjung Branch, Tabalong Regency. 2) To determine the magnitude of the influence of workload on job satisfaction of employees of CV Yazid Bersaudara Tanjung Branch, Tabalong Regency. Research using quantitative methods. The collection of research data was obtained from questionnaires and observations. The population in this study were all employees of CV Yazid Bersaudara Tanjung Branch, Tabalong Regency, with a total of 32 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling, namely the sampling technique is equal to the total population. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. However, in practice, there are still public services that do not meet the standards of public services and the quality of human resources and aspects of supporting services that have not been adequate. This is known from direct and indirect complaints from the public as service applicants, for example, through social media, print media, and electronic media. Some of these complaints include public service agencies that do not provide time certainty, complicated procedures, extortion, the attitude of officers who are less responsive to the public who need services or procedures, and service requirements that are not transparent. This can affect the quality of service in the relevant institutions. The police are one of the government's civil institutions that also provide public services to the community through services and goods directly or administratively. One form of public administrative service is the creation of a Loss Report Certificate (SKTLK). This study aimed to determine how the Service Quality of Loss Report Certificate (SKTLK) was seen from the Responsiveness Aspect at the Haruai Police Station, Tabalong Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique used interviews with five sources. The data analysis technique used is the inductive model. Therefore, it is necessary to apply minimum service standards so the government can make it a benchmark and reference in providing services to the community. Minimum service standards, as regulated in Chapter I of the general provisions of Article I paragraph (17) of Law No.23 of 2014 concerning regional government, are provisions regarding the type and quality of essential services which are mandatory government affairs and are entitled to be obtained by every citizen at a minimum and minimum village service standards based on the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia number 2 of 2017 article 5 which includes: 1) provision and dissemination of service information, 2) provision of population and land data and information, 3) provision of certificates, 4) simplification of services, 5) and public complaints. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of service quality at the Jaro village office based on the Minister of Home Affairs number 2 of 2017 regarding minimum service standards, Jaro District, Tabalong Regency. The type and approach of this research are descriptive–qualitative. The techniques used for data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. Primary data sources were obtained from observations and interviews, while secondary data were obtained from the documentation. The data analysis method used is the analysis, according to Miles and Hubberman (2014). The background of the Direct Cash Assistance Program (BLT) is efforts to maintain the consumption level of Target Households (RTS) as a result of the pandemic which has had an impact on the economy of the community, especially the affected poor. The aim of BLT is to help the poor so that they can still meet their basic needs, preventing a decline in the welfare of the poor due to economic difficulties. The nature of this assistance is not continuous and selective. This assistance is in the form of money or goods whose recipients are adjusted to the regional financial capacity and the level of poverty in the area. The aim is to maintain people's purchasing power in meeting basic daily needs, especially in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic by taking into account the principles of fairness, propriety, rationalism and benefits for the community. This study aims to find out how the effectiveness of direct cash assistance is for the poor affected by Covid-19 (a case study of cash social assistance) in the Harus village, Muara harus Sub-District, Tabalong Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation then analyzed based on research problems. This type of research is quantitative research using manufacturing financial reports listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Furthermore, the data collection method used is a purposive sampling approach and IDX LQ45 based on manufacturing company criteria, listing for 4 consecutive years in the 2018-2021 period. Processing techniques and data analysis were carried out using multiple linear test equipment through the GesCA analysis test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that financial performance has an effect on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The aims of this study were: (1) to find out the factors that influence public awareness in Lukbayur Village in paying land and building tax, (2) to find out the efforts to increase public awareness in paying land and building tax, (3) to find out the obstacles that faced by the Village government to increase public awareness in Lukbayur Village in paying Land and Building Tax. The technique used in conducting research or data collection is by using a questionnaire, observation and documentation. In this study, for the purposes of data analysis, the authors did not use statistical analysis techniques in the sense that they were not related to scores and scales. (2) To find out how much influence work stress has on employee performance at PT. Bumi Jaya, Tabalong Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study amounted to 301 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations, sampling based on special selection, the researcher made certain criteria for who was used as a sample of informants. The samples taken in this study were HRD, Ehs and Lab-AQC employees, totaling 34 people. Sources of data obtained by questionnaire and data documents or archives from PT. Bumi Jaya, Tabalong Regency. Data processing uses Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). Based on the results of hypothesis testing (1) work stress affects employee performance at PT. Bumi Jaya, Tabalong Regency. The population and sample in this study are non-metallic mineral and rock taxpayers who have paid non-metallic mineral and rock taxes at the Regional Revenue Agency office as many as 35 people.
